- Crystal Bruneau
- I grew up in Nelson B.C Canada where my back yard was my adventure land. I spent my winters on the slopes, and summers in fresh water lakes swimming, windsurfing, rowing, water skiing, and diving. I spent my days running, biking, playing tennis, rock climbing, hiking and kayaking. For as long as I can remember I have been interested in health, and nutrition. My interests have led me to many great adventures, including owning a catering company, writing a cookbook, and and training for upcoming triathlons.
